Position Summary
UG2 is seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Account Manager. This individual will be responsible for planning, organizing, and developing the overall operations of an account in West Palm Beach, FL. The Housekeeping Account Manager will be responsible for all staffing, scheduling and training of staff. This position reports to the Director of Retail Operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an effective Janitorial Management Program
- Manage daily activities of Housekeeping Department
- Plan, organize and direct team members to ensure the highest degree of guest satisfaction
- Supervise the housekeeping and grounds staff
- Process weekly payroll for all employees
- Conduct and document regular facility inspections of event spaces (including pre-event inspections)
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes (e.g. OSHA) as well as all Federal, State and Local laws
- Purchase, re-stock and maintain adequate housekeeping supplies and inventory
- Supervise maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment
- Plan and manage facility central services
- Implement best practice processes to increase efficiency
Position Requirements
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
